Are you the DMV? No. We are a private firm completely independent of the DC, MD and VA governments. We work for our customers, and our specialty is navigating these departments of motor vehicles quickly and efficiently. We come to your home or office and offer door-to-door service. Can USVRS take care of any DMV service? We can take care of any DMV service except driver's licenses. We can, however, do a change of address on your driver's license. Can I feel confident trusting USVRS employees with my car? Absolutely. USVRS has been serving customers in the DC area since 1986 and is bonded. All our drivers are insured, and none have ever had a major accident. Your vehicle is safe with us!! If you would like, we can provide you with references and proof of insurances. What if my vehicle needs a service not listed on this web site? Call us. We are extremely flexible and like new challenges. More likely than not, we can take care of your needs. Should I tip your representatives? No. And they will never ask you for a tip. Do your services include motorcycles? We can do the tag and title work for motorcycles. We are not insured to ride them. Do your services include trucks? We can do DMV work including inspections for light trucks (i.e. pick-ups and SUVs.) For heavy trucks (quarter-ton trucks, eighteen-wheelers, etc.) we can only do tag and title work. Do you register and title boats? No. We only handle automotive vehicles.
